Quick CPU Changelog & Version History
We track what meaningfully changed between releases — not a copy-pasted list of “bug fixes” — so you can decide whether updating (or rolling back) would actually solve your problem before you go hunting for an installer.
What changed, version by version
- 6.7.0.0
Current release. Full interface redesign: dark theme, sidebar navigation, dockable panels replacing the older tabbed layout. Same underlying feature set — core parking, clock modulation, power plan management, stress testing — presented differently.
- 6.5.0.0
Prior stable release, still reachable from the official product page for anyone matching a version referenced elsewhere.
- 6.4.1.0
Earlier point release in the 6.x line.
- 4.11.0.0
Last release before the interface redesign — the version screenshots in older guides may still show. CoderBag offered this one as separate 32-bit and 64-bit zip downloads, which is the closest thing to a portable build this app has had.
For the current build, the FAQ and safety review are both written against 6.7.0.0. If you're deliberately running an older release, some of that detail — particularly screenshots — may not match what you see.
The jump from 4.11.0.0 to the 6.x line is the one worth knowing about if you're coming back to the app after a long gap: it's a full interface change, not an incremental update. Menus moved, panels became dockable, and the whole thing switched to a dark theme by default. Nothing about what the app monitors or controls changed — core parking, clock modulation and power plans work the same way underneath — but if a guide or a screenshot elsewhere looks unfamiliar, this is almost always why.
Which version am I running?
Help → About lists the exact installed version, along with the developer's contact and license type — worth checking right after any install or update.

Running an older build?
